Christchurch Trackdays - Wednesday 17th May - Ruapuna

hey all
this is the next eventcoming up through chch trackdays. im not getting paid to do this plug, i just think with a few cars getting finished/ wof'd........ recently we could take advantage of not having to hire the track ourselves, it seems pricey but after the first run you stop caring. and its $2k to get ruapuna for a day.
i went out and had fun last time out and the wednesdays tend to only get around 25-30 cars. good for finding out what "that rattle" is /finding out handling issues. all that fun stuff.
its run in 3-4 groups and 10min timeslots with a warm up lap and a warm down lap. bit short imo but its all in good fun.
REQUIREMENTS......that i can remember......itl be on the website surely. Here
$110 and sign a waiver form so if you go down in flames after hitting a wall or something they dont get in trouble. this can be paid on the day like i did incase weather was shit. read/google website probably for proper stuff.
some fuel
cotton overalls
fire extinguisher bolted somewhere in cabin. (i didnt have this last time, they were understanding/1 off chance as i said the car absorbs moisture faster than the average car, but still, safety first etc)
helmet
battery bolted down
overtake on straights only
drifting is a no no (leafsprung cars are forgiven to a degree)
dont leak fuel ......
you do NOT require a wof, it is however up to the organisers descretion, maybe ring them or something. no drilled bungs etc like bikes need. just dont be leaking anything basically and have brakes that work.
first in first serve for garages along pitlane, they are free.
first run at 9am and final run at 4.30ish.
anything else google the website, this is a vague idea based on memory.
