The horn brush looks ok, just increase the tension on it a bit and see if that fixes it

Worth getting some product into that roof, they love to rust there. I skinned my spare roof yesterday, I'll get a pic so you know what your dealing with when you can't see..

I flooded mine with a fish oil type thing, then a few weeks later hosed it with zinc spray

Whoa, thanks for the pics that has convinced me.
Bent the horn brush out tonight seems to have worked. Noticed a leaking hub on the diff and a weird looking tyre that need attention before it goes in for a wof.

Well it's been a while but the inside of the roof is mostly done. Nothing major to fix just a heap of sanding.

Does anyone out there know the part number for the fuel tank filler hose on a 1200. This one leaks at the filler end on a full tank not sure it's right, it has 17229 R1000 on it.

17229 R1000 seems a legit Nissan part number...

Well seems to be the right part but is slightly short to be effective, perhaps it has been cut at some point. Will find a bit of pipe to insert in the middle and should be sorted

Been working on a panel to go at the front lately so that it hangs down a bit further. Had some more bog starting to fall out of front fender so sorted that out and straightened up the guard some more. Have taken out the patch covering the hole for the fender mirrors, want to get some on it one day.ImageImage
