NZ Datsun Club Labour weekend Akaroa cruise & AGM sun 25 OCT

Here it is,
The GREAT NZ Datsun club Akaroa cruise. THIS IS THE BIG ONE!

Meet at the halswell domain, Halswell Rd (Opposite the BP garage) at 9:30AM, sunday 25th of October

Depart at 10:00AM sharp. (Please be fueled up and ready to leave by then)

1st stop will be at little river, where we will meet up with the southern crew. Due to the size of our group, I think it's only fair (on the business's therein) that we park on the main rd, just past the shops. This will allow plenty of room for everyone to park up for the meet and greet.

NEXT, we head up the hilltop tavern for a cold one. (Please drink responsibly if you are driving)

Then, off to Akaroa. We will be parking up at the recreation area. I shall make an effort to gain permission to park on the reserve this year. (I will report back regarding this issue)
We'll be having a BBQ lunch here. (BYO meat)

After that we'll leave Akaroa, and turn right up Long Bay Rd. This takes us up the the Akaroa Summit Rd. We'll be taking this Rd back to the Hill top tavern for prizegiving, group photo's, and other club business.

Then off home. Those who wish to, may chose to take Gebbies Pass. This can be quite a nice drive. There is also another couple of pubs on this route, for those who are so inclined.

Post cruise function / 1st Anual General Meeting (AGM) inc another BBQ and drinks (BYO) to be held at Dan and Pips house afterwards, starting from about 6pm. (PM datsunboy for the address)
