Supercheap Fundraising BBQ Sat 7th July

ok so i'll call in to Bart's Friday night and pick up the condiments, tshirts etc
Pip will bring the bread
who has the BBQ, gas bottle etc?
I have no way of transporting one but my one here has legs i can screw off to get it in the car if i have to...
oh and we won't need the sign if we're gonna have our macca as banner right? do we need poles? i can bring them if needed.

Lisa's gonna precut onions and butter bread Friday night if needed - Pip do you want us to pick the bread up from you?

I have gas bottle here, and a BBQ if needed. (It'll need a clean though) You could use my trailer if that'd help? And I have the old sign if that'd help too?

To everyone thats coming down i think if we park on the Far left round by westmeats once we fill up the front lawn if its not to wet and just have the bbq etc outside the shop just so we dont clog up the shops busy day - many thanks and see you there
