I'm running 32mm chokes in my engine ( now out to 1500cc ) and that probably is getting to the limit of the 40mm sidedraughts.
I would have thought that twin 45's would have been about right or at the very least 32-34mm chokes on the 40's.
Cheers

well i am in need of a set of headers so if anyone has some i could be interested please!

i had this beast tuned by a friend on the dyno and i had jetted the carbs myself correctly just needed a bit of fiddly tuning and made an extra 12kw atw so we are now at 72kw at the wheels but i need some extractors to get that little bit more.
