Track Day with timed runs 2013 - thoughts/ideas bin

After the positive feedback I received from the previous "interclub time attack" day, I'm starting plans for the next event. I'm looking at march 21 for a full day. Definitely not happening on a weekend though. Price will still be the same as will the track layout.

Is there anything people would like to change/improve the day (e.g format, timing, dates)?

I personally would like to give discount to CCC members as a few were put off because of the price. I might enter talks with track management to reduce the price to those people if there is enough interest from these CCC members.

I'll be adding to this list as this thread drags on and pass it onto management who will give the yay or nay.

Just a suggestion from a random; why not look into the transponder timers? The track should be apply to supply the transponders, although I don't know what the cost of them is.
