Finchys 1200 racecar build

Hey fellas thought I would share with you guys what’s keeping me busy during the winter.
Iv built a few Datsun’s over the years. Got a 1200 as my first car and got hooked ever since so a good 15 years now
Most the cars Iv built I wanted to keep reasonably standard So no outrages mods but this one will be abit different and worth the share
This 1200 my brother built when he was a teen but unfortunately had a small fire and he lost interest so years later Iv decided to do something with it. It’s currently running a 12a secondary Bridgeport, s13 brakes with booster and liteace diff.
First stages are pulling the motor and interior out, installing a roll cage and painting a fresh white.
The body has minimal rust so super happy about that .
