My new 1600 SSS

Post by my1200 »

I purchased this 1600 SSS about a year ago from Gareth and it was exactly what I wanted but, needed some work. I have had it tuned and the team from nzefi have added a few bits and put it on the dyno.
The 1600 on 14psi produces 376hp but is capable of 22psi but I didn't wind it up because I just wanted something to drive. I reckon the cams make it sound great but I will be changing those in the near future. Interior is my next goal but hey it's needing brakes too.
When I picked the ride up it came with the original motor and all the other goodies to put it back to its original state so, the plan one day is to take the monster FJ20 Turbo out and fit the original motor back in.
