Ask and ye shall receive. Finished up the first test one tonight, not 100% happy with it but it works, luckily I got Steel & Tube to cut out four bits of steel just in case.

Mocked it up on the car with everything loose and it looks like it's going to work.

It shouldn't do, it's only mild steel and a low angle bend with a wide radius, the TAC still have to approve the design and my process, it's just a lot easier to bend a 12mm plate then machine the whole thing out of a 20mm thick block so hopefully they are okay with it. Bear in the mind that an original S13 etc control arm is ~3mm stamped steel.

Got the adaptor done for the other side, need some bolts to hold the strut to the knuckle and a couple of other little bits and pieces but I'll be putting it back on the ground today to see how it sits. Everything is still loosely bolted together, I need to paint the adaptors as well to stop them rusting.

The intercooler that came with the car was a good cooler but the inlet and outlet were too close together and it wouldn't fit around the radiator, I could have mounted it really far forward and make up piping to suit but a 450x300 cooler is pretty much the perfect size for these things so I got him to get one of those instead. Mounted the top of the radiator as well as you can see in the picture, put the overflow bottle back in too.

And back on the ground. I've only very roughly set the ride height, no point trying to fine tune it with the steelies on it. He's got some 16" BBS RS wheels for it that are getting new bands made at the moment, should look pretty sweet when it's done.
