a small update, finally got around to working on the back in the long weekend, have welded both bits in that wal made and now moving onto the lower panel on back of car

had plenty of room in the garage as I left my other b310 sedan outside all weekend, which made it really easy to work on the car

finally finished just passenger side inner guard, was a lot of welding and grinding but iam very happy with it, now just need to spot weld on the 2 front panels and start on the radiator support which should be done this weekend

I made the first of your caliper brackets out of wood the other day too, looks pretty good, there's a couple of little tweaks to make to it. I'll try and make another one sometime this week.

awesome thanks djz cant wait to see them
so just a wee update of this weekends work.........................
cleaned a 5 speed.....
rear panel ready and will be welded in this weekend................
radiator all mounted in, custom made some mount bushes using the original Honda mounts using some $1 sway bar link bushes which I machined and used a wanky Honda top mount and flash screw
spot welded the fronts on but was difficult because all the steel I was welding was very thin and used but got there in the end, made all my radiator suppert too, now just mounting stuff to that like oil cooler and radiator and other bits

Super jealous of all your progress man! Was that 5 speed a dogleg 63a? Car is looking sweet though man!! Also what kind of radiator are you using?

nah just a normal 60 series box
radiator is a twin core ( can get triple) Honda civic one, nice and small, yes need to change the outlets but that's not that difficult to do
