Post by Msdato »

Some of you may have seen similiar thread on .co.nz but considering all the cool kids are on here might just stik it on here :P
So this is my datsun 1200, its got a15 stuck in it with 5spd gear box.
I brought it from up north early Feb this year and am hoping to have it back on road by Oct for cruise.
On arrivial my little beast was not in the condition advertised and despite my families horros i kept her anyway and decided to give her a better life 8-)

oh well keep trooping on 8-)
Now she is making good progress with a panelbeater on hand.
Have cut out most rust and put patches in, boot and doors have now all been panelled and appoxie primered.
I have found some cool looking paint that is a shirae pearl red so thinking that might be the colour.
Purchases for her so far :dance2:
- Set of (much needed lol) chrome extractors
- Personalised Plates (also needed lol)
- Some 40mm dellortos
- New Aluminium Radiator
- Set of Black plush carpet.
- Some 13/5 minilites
- New Side indicators and lights.
- Front air dam (front spolier)

So work is underway and these are my most recent pics for you

Wish me luck 8-)
