Have to say you gotta love Yahoo Japan, When I got my manual centre console it came with high rise thingy (Unsure on what it's called sorry) for a tape deck...which I got today. I all so fitted my guard mirrors as well. Getting there.

Ivan's 260c

Post by Ivan »

Tried starting the 260c a few weeks ago......Did not start....Sigh....Carbs need a overhaul. I rung the suppler that I bought them off,$450 to get them rebuilt. Really?,gonna give them a crack myself. Put in oil temp and oil pressure gauges. I'm happy on how they look. Also put in a new belt for the tape deck as it was broken works mint now.But won't be in for long as I have scored a factory one from Japan NICE!

A small update. I changed the tape deck again as the two i had before didn't suit the style i wanted. The new new is out of a 330 Cedric from Japan. looks alot better now. Also got a short video of the old girl running. It seems to be idling like a sack of shit. I'm not sure if its the cam grind (I wouldn't think so) or if the carbs need an overhaul. But once revving Oh god its good!
