Totally agree with you there Dan.... This is the DATSUN club and this car is a DATSUN. Good score Hayden looks very tidy!

Dattochriswagon wrote:What were you thinking Hayden? Surely a something like a 260C or 180B would have been a more comfortable and cooler Datsun for the family. Hate to say it bro but im not a big fan of your latest . The Sunny coupe was alrite. Square Headlight Sedan dereg.hmmm. All the best though
Yeah I know what you are saying, I'm not a huge fan of the 310 sedan's but it was a steal at the price, even including say 1k to get it on the road is still a very cheap car. I am not a huge fan of 180b's or 260c's unless they are hardtop or coupes. lol

Good going hayden - at least its not getting scrapped.
was thinking the exact same thing

Have no idea what you paid for it, but I'd say its rust free you'll be able to make your money back easily by the time its Complied. - Look at what Brock & I managed to do with the yellow one, and that was in far worse state.

Manual conversion will only help matters also.

Also theres a locknut set here at home for you still..

Bro - we did massive amounts of rust repairs - including strategicly placed carpet in boot and spray on (cover up) Rising Sun Decals. lol ;) ;)

I think the Low and Widened Steels sold that one. :burnout: :burnout:

I wouldn't be suprised if it'll need valve stem seals. The engine out of mine PB310 needs them pretty bad (Or so I'm told) and that didn't have too many more KMs on it than yours.
Anyone can hack up and butcher an old car, but it's very very hard to make one original and unmolested. Given the clicks you do to work and back each day, you might find this vehicle to your liking..........
