At this stage just tidy it up a bit, theres a couple of small things I want to do to it. Want to respray it at some stage too but will stick with the same color.

OK so I thought i'd update this so I can keep a track on what I've been up to with the car and to make me get of my butt and get it finished and back on the road again. It sat in the shed for a while then finally got some motivation to do some work to the old girl. Got bored looking at the A12 so out it came and decided to do a transplant rather that rebuild the A12. Most will hate it but I love the thought of a rotary Datsun so started searching for a engine to use.

A friend of mine made up a cross member and we got the engine mounted in.

I got had some new wheels arrive, so Decided to have a play with them and see what one's suit best? Sold the MK2's as they had too much positive offset for what I wanted.
Image

I also got some camber plates and new ball joints, tie rod ends and front bushes while it was all apart.

Got a new carb to help feed the beast!

Working out best way to get radiator and oil cooler mounted in

Not sure which wheels I will go with? Both are Hayashi streets 13x7 the silver rims are -6 offset the grey rims +6. I am liking the silver/polished more I think? What does everyone think?
