Good work, it must be really satisfying to know that you'll be able to eliminate all that rust from those hidden areas.

Are you going to buy those new panels you can get from Muscle Car parts in Oz?

Yes it's very satisfying and no to the aussie panels. Mainly as we had purchased a shell from gingeofthesouth a couple of years ago thinking we would need panels at some stage. A couple of the photos are of the panels being unstitched to get the top edge for both sides of the rear and the wheel arches and our panel beater is making the bottoms of both rear quarters.
He's old school so is great at working panel steel and is brilliant with the english wheel.

Loving the pictures Chris, can you get some from further back, so we can see the whole car with the bits cut out, and then as it goes back together.?

The new dog leg is perfect and the door gaps are great which im really pleased with the question is will i get it done in time to get to Akaroa it will be the second time in this car im giving the panel beater the hurry up also wish me luck .
