Bcpr7es so should be .9mm. When the pipe blew off I had Bcpr6es-11 plugs in so 1.1mm gap. I was advised by some people at work and reading online that turbo motors don't like big spark gap hence changeing to smaller gap and also run a cooler plug but from what I've read that is more for higher boost applications(which I plan on doing later down the track)

Yeah pipe coming off the turbo going to intercooler. Possibly? Anyway to tell rather than removing turbo?

Running rough and Misfire sound like a sensor to me, maybe plugs but all you will need to do on one of these flash 'Ingected' things is plug in your OBDII and read the codes :D

Ha! Na mate no OBDII on this oldschool Nissan efi. The ecu does have a diagnostic mode on it which I tried last night and if I did it correctly came up with code 13 coolant temp sensor, code 34 knock sensor and code 43 tps sensor.... BUT I could be wrong

I've unplugged it while running and plugged it back in which didn't seem to make a difference either way. The plug itself is a bit damaged but I still believe it is making contact. I've check resistance while warm on temp sensor and got 0.3 with multimeter set to 20k ohms. Haven't checked it cold yet
