Put some finishing touches to the 69er today after finding deluxe guard badges.
Also, put deluxe badge on below right side tail light.
Took pins off and attached with double sided tape so no holes drilled in to body create potential rust spots.
Once stuck they don't come off without a fight.

I'd have no problem trusting it to do the bizzo too Kobyn. Great stuff. Better than holes in the panels which becomes a focus point for rust. It is a Datsun after all!!

Still would have done the same if it had all pins intact. Don't like the thought of holes in the panels.
Still have one with two pins if you want to do a swap tho, top and middle pins intact.

I'm really holding out for another one with all three pins.
I don't like tape because it's so sticky now days that if some fuckwit tries to prise one off they can actually take some of the paint with it. I've seen it happen with that factory rubber side moldings.

Good luck with your quest Bart.

Check out eBay.com.au and seller "tokyo_2u" under datsun 1600 regularly, but I have never seen one advertised ever. But ya just never know. Let Chris or me know if you change your mind.

Tokyo_2u is an Australian guy living in Japan and wrecking Datsuns and is a great guy to deal with and only sells well presented items. I got my badges from him but they don't come up often and never with all pins intact.

Cheers,
Bernie.

I have one that still has all it's pins, but it's going to need to be re-coated with the chrome finish.
