Where are you mounting your fuel pumps? Looks like we're both using the Carter 4070 as the lift pump too.
Ash and one of the other fabricators there used to work at Speedtech.

Here is what he has done for the plumb back.

Back end of the fuel system now sorted. Got to sort the manifold so the injectors fit.

Turbo water and oil lines sorted, heat shield on the firewall and strut tower also protecting the brake lines and steering.

Got it home where I plan to fit the the rear end in brakes lines and hand brake cable before it goes back to KaizenWorks so he can finish the exhaust off.

Installed rear half shafts, drive shaft and brakes.
Installed new Datsport Braided Brake Line kit and Datsport hand brake cable setup. I now have a functioning hand brake for the first time in 7 years.

Hopefully tomorrow night I can get out there and install the new Brake master cylinder and bleed up the brake system.

I am in need of one more clip (body to hand brake cable).
I have a temp on in place at the moment but need the real deal.

Progress is progress though!
Still lots to do. Will it be ready for Nationals? Most likely not but it gives me motivation to get to work on it!

Well, I have updated plenty on Facebook but I guess I should upload here for prosperity or what not.
To summarise.
I sorted out the brakes and clutch which gave me a bit of grief.

I installed:
* Datsport lowering springs
Datsport Springs.jpg
* new lights

* 2000cc injectors
INjectors.jpg
* BPP billet fuel rail and Tomei fuel reg

Fuel Setup.jpg
* Chris Gormanly comer down and installed a P11 Primera pedal and accelerator cable.
* had brand new seat belts installed.
* a new 6 put paddle clutch (so engine back out)

* new ARP flywheel bolts
ARP Bolts.jpg
* gearstick and bushes thanks to John

* new longer wheel studs in the front (what a prick to seperate the 280zx front hubs and disc)
Hub Dismantled.jpg
Hub being installed.jpg
* a bunch of wiring. Failed with the lights, still not going.
* took car in for initial cert check. Came back with a fairly short list!

* took car to Geoff at NZ Wiring and Performance to have the Link Monsoon wired in.
Link Setup.jpg
* took the car to Prestige Performance and Tuning for tyro tuning. Had low oil pressure so only a few runs
Car at tuners.jpg
* removed 2000cc injectors and replaced with 1000cc injectors
* pulled sump and pickup off, tried to pull front cover off with oil pump. Failed so hammered out the dent in sump, adjusted pickup mesh and primed the pump with vaseline. Plugged in laptop and run car up to temp and logged oil pressure. All good!
Oil Pressure.jpg
* took car back in for more tuning. Cooler wasn't doing shit but still made 230kw and 386Nm of torque at rear wheels. Need to sort out cooler.
Watch one of the early pulls here: https://youtu.be/hYlNq7SE0Cw
Dyno Sheet 1.jpg
Dyno Sheet 2.jpg
* fitted a rear sway bar.
* took right rear r31 caliber in to be rebuilt because the piston wasn't moving in with handbrake lever.
Brakes recon.jpg
Brake caliper bottom.jpg
* took car in for wheel alignment, rear is all up the wahoo so organised to have the Datsport rear adjustable kit installed.

Lots of other shit was done. Many late nights. Car is rough as but hopefully running soon. I had planned to push ahead with the car after Nats but lack of motivation and plenty of other things on the go at the moment means waiting another month or so.

Not far to go now!

Took the rear subframe out of the 510 today and dropped it off with the adjustable rear kit from a Datsport for welding.

Good progress there, post pics of your crossmember once it's done please. The kit is not easy to weld on!
