No way to avoid embarrassing the shit out of myself here but does anyone know the number for this original 1972 dato blue colour? 1600's had exact same.

If it's the same colour that continued until the early 80s it should be Roxburgh Blue. It was a sod for fading really badly.

One of my 1600's was NZ new painted what I think was a lighter blue which as you say faded badly it was called Ko blue. I will see if I can track down the code.
