WILL fit your gearbox. Z20 (any 4 cylinder Z for that matter) will be in the wrong position as its meant go on an angle compared to the L motor; upright ! However mounts may be interchangeable ,I don't recall.? Either way you require the box, mounts, & motor . drive shaft should fit up.

I have a l20e and gearbox's if you are after one and it has the two peace manifold.
