A-Series Manifold Templates

Post by datsunboy »

Hi All,

Bart has asked me to upload these CAD templates for A-Series Manifolds.

These were designed by Terry (aka tnpshow) from datsun1200.com. so all credits go to him. tnpsnow@iinet.net.au
Terry has asked that these designs are not used for commercial purposes without his permission (ie make your own, but don't sell them)

They are in DWG format, and can be opened in either AutoCAD, or any DWG viewer.
You do not have the required permissions to view the files attached to this post.

I asked for these at Datsun1200. I got an old but solid header from a 1600 at the junkyard. The central exit pattern should work with the chassis of my Midget for an A15 conversion. I can make some flanges, adjust some tubes and make do. Thanks so much to all involved!

FYI I've used the 5 piece oval port and worked well. Got cut in 12mm mild steel by one stop cutting shop in Silverdale which cost about $120 from memory.

It shouldn't be too hard to get a cad type person to trace around a gasket, and scan it into a format that can be used for cutting.
They don't call me the man with the rubber arm for nothing you know.............
