private messages staying in out box

When trying to send PMs they go thru to outbox and stay there. They never get sent. Doesn't matter if my inbox or sent messages folders are empty. Is it the other persons inbox is full?
Either way I've had it happen multiple times and it does my tits in! Haha

Hmm, they'll only go out of the outbox and into sent when they get read by the other person I think?

Pretty sure they sit in your outbox until they are read by the person you send it too.

Really? I'm sure they normally go thru to sent. Hmmm. I'm not sure now. I'll investigate further

just sent you a pm nick, its currently sitting in my out box, so id say it will stay there till you open it. let me know what time you opened it and ill check it against my sent box to see if it transfers over at the same time.

it's a bit like that.
and the "release on hold messages button" can be hard to see too.

Me and two doors held a very scientific test. You guys are right it just holds until they read them. I must have failed forum 101
