NZ Datsun North Island Cruise 2020 Mt Maunganui

Hi all,
Bit of a change this year with the North Island cruise. We will be hosting the event in Mount Maunganui, Bay of Plenty.
The programme is outlined below:

Saturday 24th October 2:30PM – Afternoon show & Shine / park up at Coronation Park, Mount Maunganui. An opportunity for the public to see us in force.

Saturday Evening 6:30PM – Dinner at Astrolabe Brewbar, function area booked. Please register and provide your meal order so the kitchen can prepare for us.

Sunday 25th 10am – Meet along 199 Marine Parade/Tay Street before beginning cruise to Whakatane for lunch, through SH30 Rotorua lakes district then return back via pub (prizegiving stop) to Mount Maunganui. Aim to leave at 10.30am
Prizegiving will be held at The Mill House in Tauranga Crossing - Tauriko from 3:30pm/4:00pm.

Accommodation:
This year we have looked into joining the accommodation to allow everyone to stay together – Please feel free to do your own thing, or join us at the camp.

Sounds awesome guys ! Great spot too !

Idea is good but after receiving a quote yesterday it is somewhat expensive considering No showers /Toilets /or Linen provided within the Cabin Option for $120.00 per night for 2 adults
A Motel is a better option for the same price which is fully serviced with bathroom included
I would of though a discount should have been arranged for a Club Event ?

Hi Joseph, due to the event being held over Labour weekend which marks the start of the summer season, the camp price changes accordingly. We were unable to receive a discount due to this

Please feel free to stay where you please, the camp was a method to provide a place for us all to stay together if attendees felt like doing this

Registration will be open right up to the event, just require 3 days prior to arrange food prep should you want to attend the dinner on Saturday night

Planning on getting to this but haven’t sorted accommodations yet so not sure if it will be for the weekend or a day trip

That looks Great Cole, unfortunately I will be Busy at the South Island Nats in Cromwell that weekend, but will sort you some Prizes from ANZED.co.nz for you and hopefully catch up Next Year at the Combined Nats in your Island.
