Was talking to a couple who are owners of a Motorhome yesterday and their Club / Association gets 50 % of Bluebridge Ferries anytime of the year
Guess they belong to a much larger group that travel daily so its good business for the ferries

Have small leak at rear of gearbox where drive shaft goes in
Rear bronze seal has been replaced but as mechanic suggests it is because of age / wear
It appears to be coming down from the driveshaft
Is there away of sleeving drive shaft to overcome this small leak?
Open to suggestions

In the Datsun use the higher octane fuel
I got 44 miles per gallon from Wellington and return to the Taupo event recently
Use BP or Shell
Keep away from Mobil or Caltex because of the additives

Just returned from Taupo Sunday night and the system operated perfectly
Two fellow Datsun owners over the days events in discussion mentioned their cars discharged out the overflow on stopping the engine
This small modification is well worth the effort
