When you say "welding up your sump" what do you mean? have you placed another tapping point in it or where you doing something a little more tricky i.e. baffles and wings? If you have welded it and can not see where you have gone wrong easily you may find your problem is a big one and wil...

Re: Grease Catchers - H165 - help
Tried Scott at Cockrams? Just tried. He's away this week but another guy gave me a price for a part which looks like the newest grease catcher to fit a B210, which should hopefully be interchangeable (although quite different it should be the same bolt pattern and have a seal the same ID as the OD ...

Yeah joys of old school. Do you know if you can buy replacement parts? Or is it just find someone with second hand bits?

Sealing sump
Hi All, I've just welded up my sump, and not surprisingly it has a few leaks (my skills are DIY at best in this area). While I could spend a long time grinding back and rewelding bits to find the pinholes, I thought it may be more efficient to seal it from the inside (and produce a more reliable res...

Grease Catchers - H165 - help
Hi All, Just getting new bearing etc pressed on my rear axles for disc brake setup, and one of the seals is knackered. All the parts books and manuals show the seals to be a replaceable part that sits within the grease catcher, however mine appears to be a single unit, with a part number that doesn'...

Re: Dattodevil's GB120 Ute
Yep thats the one. Part number on mine is 43234-18400. The axle seal ain't that flash, hence looking to replace. Looks to be replaceable as a whole component (the grease catcher and inner seal) which is different to the parts book which suggests they are different parts, but then the part number is ...
