also is this only possible as a 5spd floor as factory, is it available as a column?

Brought myself a 620 datto, had my fair lot of cars but this is my first vehicle which is a kingpin setup.

got a general idea what to do, tips things i need to consider that i might of missed when i tackle when next free to do so.
