I have confirmed the TechnoToyTuning 4-link arms for the S12 are certifiable here. But that involved an email to them to confirm the brand and load ratings of the rose joints they used. My certifier accepted the response.

Has the car gotta go for a cert? If so, just put spacers on it.

If not, sell and buy another set of rims :/

Yeah, you going to have to certify on factory wheels or go for the Falkens. The Supercats are not specd in that size to a 8" wheel.

Just did some digging, factory size was either 155SR13 or 6.00-12 depending on spec. If this is the case, 205/50R15, 195/45R15 and 195/50R15 all fall within the 5% tolerance. I know this is compliance, not cert, but surely they follow similar rules. I don't know, just throwing this out there.
