Use polyphonic washers (like the type used in sink taps) I fixed nicoles and my own. If there's some washer left in there, you can sometimes get away with putting a steel washer in behind to pack it out. Ive also seen foam packed in there before too. Thats a fancy MSD streetfire ignition, meant to have adjustable rev limiter etc.. I could be wrong but sure they're only meant for Electronic Ignitions not points.. If you're wanting the tyres to be legal, and keeping with stock speedo in check your best bet is 195/45r15 Falkens - legal on a 8" rim for cert/wof purposes..
