Would advise you try new... I brought a new one for my b310 from Nissan, unless you want to muck around and have a second hand one leak on you sooner or later, its much less hassle to know its not going to leak?

Got rid of a nasty rattle from my stainless air filter work, just needed a little tension through it.

Those side badges are almost impossible to find... at least in good nick as the sun kills them, My sedan had them stolen before I brought it. I found Sunny badges the same size and same attach pattern on e-bay from Thailand all up $30 for two including freight. Push straight on brand new!

Looks like plenty of rust work to do, being good with a welder will help, but never underestimate how much of a pain rust is, welding is one small part of fixing rust, making a good repair is another thing. Have you done rust to this magnitude before? Reason I ask... you mention doing it yourself is...

Firstly, don't forget you really need to recheck valve clearance when the engine is hot, but good start so far as you still need to start somewhere. Make sure the engine is sitting with the crank pulley inline with the notch in the cover for tdc, top dead center. Number one piston should be at the t...
